ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) provides a detailed description of some of the key processes in the IT organization with comprehensive checklists, tasks, procedures and responsibilities for each IT organization to be well tailored. This ITIL foundation course prepares the student for the exam "ITIL Foundation in IT Service Management" which is taken by the EXIN Foundation.
